Increased energy, better cardiovascular health or eliminating the Quarantine 15 are just a few of the many benefits of training and participating in a 5K.  There are no shortage of benefits when it comes to running or walking.  If you’re already a runner or walker, great! If not, it’s never too late to start. Whether you’re a newbie or a longtime veteran, there’s never been a better time to try a virtual 5K. 

Join a Group     

For some beginners training alone can be difficult.  Joining a group to get you started in training and sharing of tips, methods, goals and other motivational information will help you focus on accomplishing your goal.

Develop a Running Plan
